Wanting to buy the removeable roof section (targa top) for an MA61 Supra. Colour/condition not critical.

I didn't think MA61 (1981-1985) had targa? I thought they started targa with MA70's (1986-1992)

Ok - I stand corrected and take back what I said. But, I am sure I have seen/have an advert at home, from a US car mag, that shows a targa top MA61......
Anyway, just ignore my insane blabbering......

A guy in Melbourne was selling one. He said it was factory but I think it was after market by a local toyota dealer. Greg is right never a factory option even in the US. Not a good pic but you get the idea

Yeah, I've seen that white one in Perth. They dropped a nice 1GGTE into a local MA61, the butchered it with a bad targa install. It didn't look too good.

Kings and Queens, boys and girls.
It seems that people in Australia have been trying to order Targa roofs for MA61's from Toyota in Japan, so does anyone have an EPC and lets prove most forumite's wrong and a couple right, or what ?

i am possibly willing to accept that some dealers had a few custom fitted but none were made that way from the factory.
