For sale complete 4AGE engine with loom and computer from a genuine AE86 import half cut. Runs very well, just plonk it in and go. Can email a mpeg movie file showing engine starting, running and being driven. Engine was removed a week ago so ready for sale. $850.00 ono.

sprintin if its from a genuine AE86 front cut it is a bigport 3 rib block 86KW version, if its anything else it isnt genuine.

Yes, Ben is correct, it is the 3 rib 86 kw version. You get a couple of more kw's with a good pod and pipes.

All,
I do not want to get into the debate about spec output of this engine but the car had no problems against 100kw strollers.
I have 2 sprinter's, the first one with this motor and a 2nd with a newer or later 4AGE in it. I would have to say this older engine definatly went quicker.
I look forward to installing the 20v in my older AE_86

3rib big port has a lighter recip. mass, hence it revs harder then the 7rib bigport which has all the stronger parts from the 100kw, but none of the parts which actually make more power (pistons etc)

just to clear up, the jap ae86 big port version makes 96kw. it is map sensored, as opposed to our mechanically identical 86kw version, which runs an afm, and is tuned for stricter emission (californian) controls.
