Follow your fuel line back from the fuel injection rail and you should find it bolted to either the inside of the guard or onto the firewall. It might even be on the block.

Not likely. Sounds like you are running fully rich. Pull the main engine fuse for 30 seconds to reset the ECU. Have a look for any error codes flashing in the dash (Count the check engine light). It could be a faulty O2 sensor as well.
