grab a phillips head, and remove any screw that looks like it's holding the console in place. toyota are sometimes sneaky and hide them (behind an aircon panel in the ma61)
for the CD install - grab a multimeter before you pull out your current one. use the multimeter to determine and label use for each cable.

You can sometimes buy adapters so make sure you check first, supercheap is a good place to look.
