 1G-GE missing at idle

Hi all.
My 1G-GE has been missing at idle. Usually it only starts to miss once things warm up, so i've got no idea whats happening.
I've got pretty new spark plugs (NGK BCPR5EY-11's) and new ignition leads.
Also, whenever I put on my high beams and foglights together when idling, the engine really bogs down, sometimes stalls! What could be wrong?

How much would it cost to get the alernator rebuilt? (roughly  )
