Hilux 4WD brake prop valve location ?

Its been years since I have looked at a 4WD Hilux, 88-97 R/LN106/5 or equivalent 4Runner. Can someone please tell me where to find the brake proportioning valve ? Is it under the M/C, on the firewall, or at the back near the rear axle ?

theres an RNZ in the work shop at the moment, just had a look and it appears to be on the master cyln.

some allso have one attached to the rear axle that adjusts with load

Mine is near rear axle and it's adjustment varies with the load in the back. FYI RN85 1995 mod 2WD
|
