All financial members have had an AGM notice, nomination form and information pack posted to them. If you do not receive this by the 31st January 2004 please contact the secretary.

NOTICE OF 2004 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Monday 16th February, 2004
7:30pm
Hills Alliance Church Hall

AGENDA
1.Ordinary Business
a) Annual Financial Report
Receipt of the annual financial report for the year-ending
31st January, 2004.
b) Election of Committee Members
As per nominations received to elect a committee to run
Toymods for 2004.
2.Special Business
a) It is proposed that "The Constitution be altered so that point 14 (2) now include:
'(h) the cruise secretary'
and that a new point be included between points 22 and 23 (note: to be labelled point 23 and subsequent points to increase by one number, the index to reflect that change).
The new point will read:
'23 Cruise Secretary
It is the duty of the cruise secretary of the association to:
(a)Organise and co-ordinate all Club cruises.'"
b) It is proposed that "The Constitution be altered so that point 14 (1) (b) which reads:
'up to 12, but no less than 3 ordinary members (the number to be at the discretion of the office-bearers)'
be replaced by:
'up to 12, but no less than 2 ordinary members (the number to be at the discretion of the office-bearers).'"
NOTES:
* To be eligible to vote you must be a current financial member. Membership renewals will be taken on the night prior to the meeting commencing
* A nomination form has been sent out for those wishing to nominate someone for a committee position.
* For those that cannot make it but still wish to have a vote please fill in a proxy form and nominate someone to hold your vote or send it to the Club for the chairman to hold your vote.
