I was think'n about using those braided(?) line covers that u can buy in Autobarn. The ones with coloured ends and chrome looking lines. I heard they are illegal. Is this true? If they are illegal what else could i use to make the vacuum lines/fuel lines look better? If u have any ideas of what to do, please display some pics if u have any.
Thanks, Ben

The things you are talking about are legal! They are just for show and have no effect on anything else! Although I would'nt spend my money on it! The braiding is only copper with chrome plating! This goes off colour within a month or two!

why dont you just buy proper braided hose, not only does it look good your hoses will never break
im using braided hose for my fuel lines since two years ago and it looks as good as the day i bought it, soon ill be finishing the 'look' and doing all the brake lines etc.
cheers wayne
p.s. if your in brisbane, look up harvey hose in the white pages, they are awesome, they have all types of hose even braided radiator hose
