The pressure plate of an AE86 will take 195kg/cm or 14ft/lb in the old system. btw that out of a manual and it's says its the same for the 1C-L (??), 2A-L and 4A-L gearboxes. Not sure what model box but it should be fine
Don't know about the bellhousing or anything. I can give you the torque settings for a W50 if you like. I think they would be much the same.
