anyone got any ideas which box will bolt up to a 3tgte? ive blown up 3 t50s and my fourth is on the way out so i need something that will hold together with around 300rwhp (rebuild next month )

They come from the factory with W55's, so you're behind the eight ball using T50 for a start. you can use W55/7/8/9 - whatever you can find. The 3TGTE bellhousing is a unique fitting for these types of gearbox, and becoming hard to find, however having said that, I have both a bellhousing and boxes available.
I run W58 behind mine, and have never had a problem with it.

Yeah you definitely want a W5x box if you want it to last. I've heard that G series bellhousings fit on T series engines with minor mods; can anyone confirm? You shouldn't have any problems finding a G bellhousing, but T bellhousings are rare as mentioned above.

Yep, a 1G bellhousing will also bolt up perfectly, however this places the clutch slave cylinder near the exhaust which in turn cooks the unit!!! Ideally, you want the slave cylinder on the RHS of the bellhousing - this is where the modification comes in, or pay the premium for the 3TG bellhousing.
