brad get on the old corollas egroup and do some searching here mate
to quickly answer you though
1. the 20 spline ta22 type t50 won't bolt up to your 4K. the bellhousings are different. i'm not aware of one available to make this work either.
2. you can't use the 2T crossmember from a TA22 as it won't fit. jonny rochester has the mount spacing ect for the 2T vs the K motor on his website but it seems to be down - best to get the mounts off the crossmember from a TA22/23 or T18 and weld them to your KE55 crossmember perhaps.
3. yes there are holes there, but you'll have to modify your pedal box from memory so that the clevis from the master will hook onto your clutch pedal.
do some searching mate...

actually there are two K to T bellhousings i am aware of..
one reputadly came in early KE35XX's and are cable operated clutch and were behind 3K's. the T50's were close ratio too apparently.
the second type came out behind 5K's, and are hydraulic clutch. i have one of these...
