Ceramic coatings on turbos?! Fri, 23 January 2004 08:56 Go to next message
Hey Ppls,

Its common practise to coat exhausts and things like that but what about the exhaust housing on a turbo?

Is there any reason why this shouldnt be done?

It is quite common to ceramic coat the turbine housing. This helps to keep the heat out of the housing and in the pipe where it belongs.
