I have a few T series clutch fans here, can you specify the size you want?

i had some pictures in the other thread i made about this

http://forums.toymods.org.au/index.php?t=msg&t h=27569&rid=1556&S=294b32131c2a5ed26b687ac 9989cffeb&pl_view=&start=0#msg_239107

i can get measurements of bolt holes tomorrow, but its the fan with wide bolts hole spacing, and a fan that comes out a long way, so that it can clear the front of the motor, given that the fan hub is almost in line with the front of the motor,

the pictures should make it more clear.

cheers

OK I have done this.

You have a 3T or late model 2T-GEU waterpump with the large fan bolt spacing. You need a thermo fan off a 3T engine, or a late 2T-G (some other toyota fans would fit also). The 3T fan will fit, and is the same as the 2T-GEU one. I have one, but I think the clutch is gone.

OR. You could use the fixed blade fan you already have, like on a early 2T-G. The fixed blade fan is the same as on 4K engines. You just need to use the waterpump and pulley of a old 2T motor, and the fixed blade fan will bolt on.

I have done both.

that said, I've got three 3T fans here, if you still need one?

sorry, been down the coast for a few days,

the bolt spacing is ~40mm from one bolt to the next, or ~60mm diameter for the circle formed by the 4 bolts.

for fan clearance there is no room for fan blades to extend backwards from the bolting surface, otherwise they will hit the front of the motor.

so if you look at the fan side on, it should extend forward from where the line of the bolt holes.

does that make any sense? do the the 3t fans fit that requirement ?

thanks for your time fellas.
