Does anyone know if these have the new or old gas in?

I would hate to go to a dude to get it checked and he just charges me heaps because of my ignorance if it is in fact the newer stuff in these (unlikely methinks anywa) Smile

old type.. R12 GAS
(if it has dual pipes near the firewall)

have you got a spare compressor? Very Happy

if you need this old type of gas.. i can hook you up as i know someone who still has it.. so you dont have to pay $350+ for conversion

yeah its definity r12 the old gas just find someone dodgy who's either got the gas or has an adaptor to fit new gas in the old!
