Hey guys, sorry it took so long, my friend was using his digital camera and I had to wait until he had finished with it.
I've got the pics up at my site: http://justcallmefrank.ath.cx and they are in the Celica -> Stereo section.
They cost $75 with the black vinyl and with cutting to extend the hole in the door and were done by the great guys at Car Stereo ity in Joondalup. This being said, I'm sure any stereo with any remote sorta skill should be able to knock them up for you.

Thanks dude, I was really surprised when thats what they did, they just said they were going to make something up that would work, but then he went and found some black vinyl to match the rest of my interior.
