do any of you have your basic map details for the 4AGE from your supplier?

im after a simple safe map to check against my own ign, inj, load and rpm points to make sure i can run in the new engine safely (still learning to play with these bloody things ) before getting the full dyno done once the kms are up.

any help would be good

ps i allready have a heavily modified map from a race engine i just need the basic 4A map

so even if you just have moderate cams it will be fine for me to double check on

michael

download the E11 software (its here : http://www.haltech.com.au/downloads/Halwin_V1_3_ex press.zip)
install the software
run it
select file
load all maps
select c:\program files\haltech\halwinv1_3\basemaps\toyota
select 4AGE-multitooth.map
click open
then select what you need to look at in ignition/fueling whatever

if you can't get this to work let me know and i'll help

The motec maps will be editable without the ECU.

I've recently put an M4 on a 100kw motor with huge cams and have managed to get it running OK (but I'm now out of wide-band lambda support!).

If you need any help with the calibrations of the sensors, I'd be happy to help but I won't be back home until mid next week.

Let me know how you're going. It's great fun using the Motec.

If you're willing, I'd love to have a look at the race tuned map for interest sake.

Cheers,
