what s/c is it	Fri, 30 January 2004 01:15

How do you tell what type of s/c is on your motor? All I know is it is a map sensor motor. Thanks [Report message to a moderator]

It would help if you told us which motor you have. There are only two types of Toyota superchargers; the SC12 is found on the 4A-GZE, and the SC14 is found on the 1G-GZE. [Report message to a moderator]

opps. 4agze from what I think was a ae92 tureno. so that tells me it is a sc12. Are there any differences with the map vs the af versions? [Report message to a moderator]

No difference on the SC12. Only difference is the pulley. The later SC12 from the AE92 and AE101 MAP based have a slightly smaller diameter pulley (5mm) [Report message to a moderator]
