most auto shops (ie super cheap,repco)
make sure you get heat proof paint i think there even a special brake paint that you bake on i think you have go for a hoon after you paint it let it cool down then do it again (correct me if im wroung)

yeah, there is specific mega high temp paint (NOT engine block enamel) there isnt a whole lot of range available, so you cant get too picky.
