Hi,

Saw that the Hilux come out with a 3RZFE.

Says its 2.7L Fuel Injected, 108 KW, 235 Nm

I'm guessing it should mate up to a 55/57/58 gearbox no worries?

I hear most people say if its a R series engine then the engine mounts don't have to be changed, true?

That's an RZ series engine NOT an R series, ie a completely different beast. I have no idea if the bellhousing bolt patterns are the same, but probably not.

they arnt the same but they did come out with w56 and w58 boxes
