Depends how you define "best".
- The 18R-G will be the easiest conversion by far.
- The 1G-GE will probably be more fuel efficient than the 18R-G, but apart from that this option doesn't have much going for it - it will cost more for much the same result.
- The 1G-GZE will be more powerful than the 18R-G, but will require more money and effort to install.

thanks ive been at a dead end about that how easy is the 18R-G? just plug and play in a way?

Pretty close. If it's a carby version you just have to modify the exhaust a bit and maybe fiddle with the throttle linkage (I converted to a cable linkage). Obviously if you want an EFI version there will be extra stuff to do as well, eg fuel pump, wiring, airflow meter etc.
