i move to have other feilds added, like best reaction, top mph, best 2nd half{i.e. u run 11.0 to the 1/2 but u run a 14 flat at 130 mph ect ect }, maybe have more than 0-1800 and 1800 up, maybe 1 section for each engine type
i.e.
2t
18r
1g
1j
2j
7m
2-6m

i wouldn't say that many new categories, but i would say that that we need a FWD class for the 1/4.

maybe not so many, but right now its just a bit vague, basically u have to have a 1UZ 2JZ or 4AGE to be eligable for the classes
the reason i'm asking is caus i have cut a .405 reaction and i want my name there
i'm sad

Hey i know that more ppl want to have a chance at being able to hold a record, the only new classes that i would put foward is for the 1/4 is FWD as it is a major difference between RWD. Another class to put up for the dyno days is killerwatts per litre, as this would give anyone the chance at winning.
And philmelvn if u get much faster reaction time u will get the red light. That is a great reaction even for a pro.

Why is it that a 1g has to go up agianst 1j's,2j'and 1u's they should make the classes 0>2L and 2L> that way I dont have to kill my motor to keep up.
Well that's my 2c

Why should a 4A have to go up against a 3S?

OK to change the system is not the best way to get things done, the majority of ppl like the current way that things are done. The records page has got some different classes for those that clearly are different, Top Single Cam, Top Supercharged and Top 4WD. Granted these records are for the dyno only. If someone was willing to write up the records for each engine class i'm sure that the board members would not object to it, so long as they followed some ground rules. These records might not get a prize of some sort but they would have the bragging rights for that engine class.
As for adding the extra classes to the official records page, come up with a class that is not represented there and bring it to a meeting. There u can pass on ur thoughts to some of the board members and other members.

I'd be happy just for the current Records page to be updated with recent records..

0-1600cc
1601-2000cc
2001-3000cc
3001 and over
Just a thought.
