I too have heard bad things about Dellow bellhousings but i bought one anyway and mine at least is just fine. Everything lines up like it should and apart from a few casting dags the quality is fine. better quality alloy casting than you'll fine on a Holden bellhousing that's for sure ? I've seen the Rod Shop one as well and it's 6 of one in my book....whichever you can get cheaper/easier
My dellow housing seemed pretty good, only thing i had to do was grind a bit of material away to do up the adjustable pivot ball. I had to machine the inside of my thrust carrier too, but that has nothing to do with bellhousings
