Hi .. can anyone tell me if the turbos are sequential or spin up together ..and also is there anyway of upping the boost to a reasonable level without fitting a boost controller ?

1. The turbos are parallel. Only the 2JZ-GTE has sequential turbos.

2. Bleed valve.

Bleed valve ??? is there anywhere else i can read up on how to :-

1. get one
2. where does it fit and how to fit it Smile

You can get one from a variety of automotive shops, they are a REALLY simple device. You sit them in the vacuum lines for the wastegate actuator and "bleed" off some of the air that tells the wastegate to open.

There should be instructions for running parallel turbos that comes with the bleed valve.

That will work fine, but there's no need to pay so much money for a shiny riceboy valve when it's usually hidden in your engine bay where no-one can see it.

As for instructions, it couldn't be simpler; just find the reference line which goes to the wastegate actuator(s), snip it, and join it back together with the bleed valve. Adjust as necessary and start boosting!
