my mates got a motor he wants to sell and i had a quick glance at it, has 4E stamped on it and i think the number was 220-2354 (block or head?)

it wouldnt be a 4age would it? im guessing its an old 1.3 from a starlet what do you guys reckon? he says its almost brand new, would it be any good for a project?
