need some plastic or alloy rings to centalise mags. need 78mm outside (mitsubishi mag) x 60mm inside diameter (toyota). Local wheel suppliers can no longer get these. Any clues??

Get them machined up. Not that hard, and as a general hint, don't use plastics FFS
