hi im taking my turbo out of my gt starlet so it can get reconditioned i was just askign if i would be able to still drive the car with no turbo??????

Yes. But only if you can read this message at this size. Otherwise, go and get some glasses.
Seriously, you will need to take it to an exhaust shop for a temporary mating of you exhaust manifold and exhaust system for the duration of no turbo. Plus you will need to re-route the intake pipe from the air filter straight to the throttle body.
Worth it? Not as far as I can see. Just live with no car for a while.

And don't forget to do something with the oil pipe - or your sump will empty itself prreeeeety quick
