How may people here have had dealings with forged pistons, What brand do people use/recommend? What sort of cost am i looking at?

I have read about hi silicon forgies, anyone know what this does for the properties of the piston, because i want to be able to drive the car when its cool like a standard car and not sit there warming it up for hours b4 i can cruze off
