Hello All
Well, now that I have asked anuff questions for the shop now on to my own project.
The chassis is a 91 AE92 Prizm GSI (Chevy body/Toyota everything else)
Here in the states it was the only 4 DR w/ the 4ag motor in it.
Mine came BSE model so I did the full conversion myself like 4 years ago. After 3 good years out of the Blue Top (large port,TVIS) the motor finally let go. Now after it sit for a year I am getting ready to rebuild the motor and turbo it.
So far the list of Parts is:
SDS engine management/ MSD ignition
ACT Xtrem Pressure plate and street disc
HKS cast manifold for the AE86 (having to make a 1" adapter plate to make it bottom mount, so I can shut my hood w/ the turbo mounted)
Spearco Intercooler (front mount)
8:1 4AGZE pistons (20 over)
7 Rib high comp block
TVIS head
Greedy Type S blow off valve
Turbo off of the RB25
Full flow oil cooler
Oil filter relocation kit
ARP head studs, mains, rod bolts
TRD .7mm metal headgasket
255 Walbro Fuel pump
I was looking at getting some 450cc injectors out of a DSM Eclipse, but unsure if they will fit the Toyota head.
Is ther any w/ that flow rate that yall might suggest?
The gauges I am using are:
AutoMeter Electric
Boost, EGT, Oil Temp, Oil Pressure
So far this is all I have come up w/ minus the normal rebuild Parts that I am getting from the local Toyota dealer.
IS there anything yall can think of that I am missing or might need?
Any problems that anyone might have encountered that I should be aware of?
I know there are alot of good Toyota techs on this board this is why I have brought this to yall.
Thanks for you thoughts and suggestions.
Aaron

Sounds reasonable, only 2 things I'd change:
1. Rather than mess with adapters, just make a manifold that fits the job
2. That yank accent

Would be a good idea to do the rods while your at it.
It would suck big time if one let go.
Sounds like its all in place thou.

Thanks for the replies guys.
What's wrong Mrshin don't like my yank accent? ha ha ha!!
I know this guy here in VA running the GZE injectors in his AE86 w/ A Turbonetics T3 but his duty cycle is a little high. That's why I was looking at the 450cc's. Plus w/ the SDS I can pulse them down anuff so that it will idle good. Hell the guys at the shop where trying to get me to run 550's, but I thought that was a little to much myself.
I was under the impression that the rods in the High comp block and the GZE were the same. I dunno?
