Another deal fell over so I am after one of these, marked 'AA' is the schematic below, number 13559, the plate/guide pushed out by the tensioner.
Any help greatly appreciated.

is it the 1where the big chain tensioner bolts to the head or the 1 bolted to the head near exhaust cam
