modifying of radiator questions..

has anyone had their radiator modified?
what i am looking for is a radiator of 425mm x 450mm, with as small endtanks as possible.
what sort for cost would i be looking at?
moreover, has anyone done this sort of thing
N.B. it is not for use in a car, but rather on the side of my computer, so pressure will not be high.

Sounds more like a heater core would be best, less cutting/shortening remaking tanks. Any radiator shop can do this.

just use a small oil cooler, is more compacy and has more than enough cooling power, bolt a fan to one side and itll work great
