fuk u did it the hard way

anyway
make sure u have 12v ign
earth and signal

from the electronic speed sensor on back of gbox

the signal goes up to the speedo head and drives the speedo

then the signal goes from out back of speedo to the
ecu and makes the gears change

another lil trick is make sure the tiny pin for the speedo sensor hasnt fallen out
it slides into the speedo drive then it spins the sensor

i used everything from the JZX81 chaser and i never had a problem.

stripped everything from the seats forward. put everything from the halfcut in my cressida plugged the rear harness to the front harness, (plug is next to drivers right foot behind kick panel) turned the key and drove away, speedo worked everything worked other than my climate control and my fuel guage.

i dont see how its the hard way, but every one has there opinion.
