My engine rebuild

Well its not exactly exciting, but since this is one of my few posts, better make it something.
One of the bearings in my motor turned into powder and went thru the whole engine. So now I'm rebuilding my cool 21R. Not a popular engine, but I like it.
Reground crank:
Installed crank + new bearings :D:
Freshly painted block with new freeze plugs:
Annoying race car that gets in my way:
Rest of shit I need to reassemble:
Work area:
I'm awaiting a new camshaft atm, so progressing slowly. Should be ready by the end of the month hopefully, in time for the celica cruise. Around the same time I get my licence back

looking good, go the RA60. they were known as "death celicas" to their foes, due to the sheer ferocity they envisage.

The RA60 aint so bad ill admit, but shit, who thought up the front end? At least they knocked him on the head when the SA63 and RA65 came about.

hahahah nah
i like the ra60s cos it was my first car...my first celica... its grown on me heaps and i like it more coz everyone thinks they are butt ugly...
i wanted to put the 1g-gte in him, but i realised that doing a more powerful conversion into an ma61 is a better option (already EFi, dont need new gearbox, 4 wheel disc, stronger drivetrain, LSD, etc. etc.)
plus i always loved the look of the ma61s....
i wish i didnt have to sell my ra60. my sister is putting the hard word on the parents to keep it for her, she loves him too...
