SS On Bricks ! WTF

In Bella Vista this morning on my way to work, I saw an SS ute ... on bricks ...
DAMM I feel terrible for the guy...
These lowlifes cause insurance premiums to skyrocket..
may the people who flogged those wheels burn in HELL !!!!!!
just a word of caution guys... can't be too careful where u park your car ok ... this car was parked on the driveway - just goes to show that if someone wants your wheels that bad, they will do whatever to take them ...

The guy who owns it could have gotten them off.
Good reason to put locking bolts on your wheels.

xactly what i am saying man. .. ..
does not matter where ur car is - if someone wants it - they will take it - just tryu to make it hard for them
and shraka - lock nuts dont do shit - u just need to jam them and turn them off - i have seen it done many times by my mechanic !

Weld them to the studs?
of course its an alloy so you would need a TIG welder, and everytime you needed to change the tyres you would probably need new wheels, but at least they won't get stolen right?

Take one wheel off when you leave your car... Who's going to steel a set of 3? You could even build a carry case for the wheel with a built in pocket for your headunit face as well.

His car was parked out front of his house, in a pretty nice area too

My dads old SS had three wheels stolen on the driveway, In Engadine.. with one of the lowest crime rates.
Ive got 2 sets of completely different lock nuts and the centre hub with the odd sized screw thing so im pretty safe i guess..
Its a bastard of a job to change tyres but

well what about genuine ta22 hubcaps, i had 2 of mine stolen while at the shops. Lucky they only cost $15 from celica spares, the thing is that you've got to find some there though. can't even get lock nuts for those or even locking centre caps. oh well wat can you do!
