Power Steering in a 1976 Crown

Hey All,
i was driving the old MS85 around in the paddock and then suddenly smoke was everywhere and i thought *fuck* i hope i havent blown the engine....well with a closer the pwr steering fluid was leaking onto the exhuast which was hot this made smoke... but i knew it had something to do with the pwr steering because all these red liquid leaks were coming from the steering box...... does any 1 have any advice and advice would be much appreciated....

Simple. Clean up the mess (degreaser and hose), fire it up, make sure the mess is coming from the box and not one of the hoses, then take the box off and give it to someone capable of putting a seal kit in there. You can either do it yourself, find someone who knows how to do it, or use the yellow pages to find a power steering place. Heck if you're really lazy and dont mind paying, just take it to Repco and get an exchange unit
