Should be arching out of E1 and TE1 terminals in the diagnositic plug.

This will make the engine check light flash up the error codes.

I have sent an email with a copy of the pages from the manual, can't work out how to attach them here. It says 1ggue but it is the same for 1ggteu. The diagnositic codes are in the Gallery.

umm in those pics you sent its not clear which terminals to short

and there isn't a TE1
there is a Tem?

ive tried that with the ignition on and didn't get anything Sad

im pretty sure there should be something cos I started the car a few days ago without the AFM plugged in, and im pretty sure that would give an error, and it holds the errors doesn't it?
