Hi, I think you will find that this is the same as the yoke on most automatic Toyota boxes off the era. Count the number of splines - if it's 23 splines then it's the same one and you can grab one off any Cressida Supra etc with the late model slip-yoke A34X box... should look like this one!

No problems, glad to help! Just waiting for Allan to come in here and say that he designed that tailshaft yoke. And built the fence in the photo. And raised the grass by hand...

Actually, I think you will find that the R154 yoke is different to the Auto tranny A34* yoke.
At least I think they are... my drive shaft and both yokes are currently being remanufactured, but I had to put the R154 yoke onto my driveshaft as the old one out of the auto box won't fit into the R154.
I'm pretty sure about this. Unfortunately, I only got the one yoke off my R154 (Go figure haha )
Just curious Leigh, whats that shaft and yoke out of and how are the uni's holding up ? Mine were stuffed enough to warrent them being rebuilt. Apparantley they are non replaceable ? Or so I am told ...

The auto tailshaft won't fit (length issue), but the actual yoke should be fine. I know for a fact that a friend used the yoke off his factory auto MA71 when he did the R154 conversion.
Sometimes yokes can be a bit tricky to get in, as they are supposed to be a very flush fit - not to mention oil tight!!
A light sanding with some very fine sandpaper, as well as a small bit of oil inside and out, should help the job.
But seeing as there are people in here disagreeing with me, I wouldn't mind clarification - in my experience there has been no problem.
