Hi
The car is being shipped regardless. The $6900 is a landed cost. The changes required for complaince are not included in the price.

Car will land here end of March. Compliance minus rego will cost $1100 and the car will come with a Victoria Engineers certificate. I am not sure if you can use this to register the car in SA. I have e-mailed you some more pics.

superchargers tend to be like autos in the 1jz
they feel slower, but are actually faster.
The turbo you feel give a real kick in the arse, where as an sc is more of a smooth power delivery, so it doesn't feel as fast

i have no issues with the supercharger... though either the engine needs to be leaned a bit or the dizzy cap/rotor button needs to be changed... probably both
