Ok, im still confused on the 7mge V 7mgte Cam debate.
Do they increase power at all, or is it a minimum increase? Do the gains only seem to come after further modification to the engine?

ummm ... i think turbo cam profile won't really suit N/A and the overlap on the N/A cam may be problematic at low revs or high boost.
i think you should be wondering about which GT cam to buy

There's actually crap-all difference between the NA and turbo cams. Some say there is a power increase with the NA cams but it's pretty small. You're better off getting your stock cams reground, that will actually acheive something!

ED_MA61 has profiled both cams I believe (he's definetely profiled the atmo cam) so he would probably be the 1 to speak to about these things rather than going off what people have heard.
For the effort involving swapping over the cams and having to redo the shim adjustments, why you'd bother is beyond me. Just run more boost or get some TRD cams and run some serious lift and duration
