Diff between 3sgte gens in ST185 & ST205?

Just curious about the differences between the 3sgte generations (3rd and 4th? - unsure) engines in the ST185 & ST205?
To work out if it is worth going to the extra trouble in paying more and sourcing an ST205 version etc etc.

from what I've picked up from various posts is that the 3rd Gen 3s-gte out of the st205's has far more potential for power in stock form. They have bigger stock injectors (550cc I think) and a better head design, they also possess a better matched turbo (don't know the extact model turbo).

There are quite a few changes between the ST185 (2nd gen) and ST205 (3rd gen) motors, the 3rd gen uses a different turbo (CT20B), more boost, lower compression, different cams, larger throttle body, bigger injectors, different intercooler, ummm thats all i can remember at this stage.... i think the gearbox ratios are different as well....
The 3rd gen would be the better motor, making more power, being stronger, and a better starting point for more power 
But they are harder to find and more expensive.... if u do find any 3rd gen (pref MR2) half cuts lemme know!!

bottom end is basically the same - though compression is lower
205 has much better head design - runs map , instead of afm , no TVIS , bigger injectors ( as noted ) a better intercooling system thatn the air to air setup on the 185 etc ..
cams are sligtly more wild on the intake side - but identical on exhuast
throttle body went from a 55mm item to a 65 i think ..
Turbos a fair bit better in design though a ct26 can still turn out comparable numbers when highflowed
thats about i know off the top of my head at this hour of the night
