From the info that i ahve gotten.
Differences between the ST185A and the ST205 engines are here....
http://alltrac.net/specs/GT4Specs.htm
Those are just performance specs. Other suttle differences are that the ST205 has the 'CT20B' turbo, slightly different cams, different head, larger injectors, larger WTA intercooler etc. etc. etc.
As for maximum boost from a CT26, it is said that once you get past 14PSI your dropping outta the effiecieny band. So stick to anything below this.
Anyone else want to correct me if im wrong?

the ct26 on a 3sgte will push up to 18psi in stock trim using the group A or aftermarket ECU for fuel mapping, but thats really about it - as before - its dropping out ..
Highflowing is a better option - 18 psi on a highflow would be the equivelent of over 20psi easy - without the side effect of extra heat generation ..
50 - 52 trim to4e equivelent wheel is good for this - its the most popular upgrade ..
I know of Gt4's pushing out over 230KW at the wheels on highflowd ct26's - so they are the goods ..
As for motor differences - click that link .
