Shes not much to look and and needs some surgery and a lick of paint but shes mine and shes going to be awesome when finished. (I hope)

got a fair bit of rust but hey, having a father thats a spraypainter and can panel beat makes it less of a worry

As far as i know.
the plastic surrounds looks like the exact same plastic as the rest of the interior...
but i could not say with 100% certainty.
I know when the guy I bought it off got it it was already a targa top.

A bit of an update...
what was I hoped be a quick clean up, a little rust and on the road has been completely blown out of the water.
So what is a guy to do, I was tempted to can the whole thing, but no. when faced with this much rust and crap there is only one thing to do.
complete back-to-bare metal rebuild, so now every panel every clip and screw, wire and glass is going to be removed. every panel repaired and painted inside and out.
If I have to pull out the interior, screw it I'm going to pull the whole thing down and make sure there isn't one speck of rust on the damn thing.
should be good when done though.

I's not stock, none of them came with one. What you have there is a good aftermarket one. I've seen a couple of them now.
