which steering knuckles for TA23 with corona front struts

ok, i'm about half way through the pug/hilux/corona front brake upgrade (check the tech articles for more info) and my problem is that my rt132 struts don't bolt up to my TA23 steering knuckles (steering arms, drop arms, the bits that attach the steering rack to the strut, they bolt on to the two ball joints), the TA23 knuckles have an 85mm dowel spacing and the corona struts have a 90mm spacing. this wasn't mentioned in the tech article and i haven't read anything about anyone else having this problem, i don't know why i am and i don't really care, i just want to know how to fix it.
i've tried MA61 Celica and MX6* Cressida, they both have the right dowel spacing but they don't fit onto my ball joints. through a different article i (think) that RA65 (are these the same as the MA61, i thought they would be) and ST141 ones are the two that will fit. since i can't find an RA65 or an ST141 will ST140 ones be the same? i've already shelled out for two sets that are now useless to me so i don't really want to have to again.
would the RT132 ones have done the trick? they've crushed it now but if i have to i might be able to find another one.
cheers
Matt
sorry about writing a book, i couldn't think of a shorter way to write it

They should bolt up, check out some other coronas, xt132s should have the correct spacing.

i KNOW corona's have got the right spacing, i just want to confirm that they have the right size hole for the ball joint spline.

ahhhhhhh, it gets worse. i took my measuring stick (vernier callipers) and the lower arm to pick a part today to make SURE i got the right ones this time, i couldn't find any steering knuckles that fit my lower ball joint but i did find some ST140 lower arms with steering knuckles which looked like they'd work sweet. took them out, took them home, bolted them in, started bolting up the strut, my disc is pressing against the end of the lower arm the lower ball joint hole in the arm is offset the wrong way so i can't use it. i ended up bolting up a combination of stuff just to get the car back on its wheels (i have to move it tomorrow) but its definitly unsafe (i'm moving it on a trailer, just need to roll it on, roll it off). going to have to sort it out when i get back from aussie. grrrrrr!
current total of wasted money on steering knuckles and lower arms: $68
