hey, i know u can get is200 front cuts with rwd 3sgtes and that, but how much effort would it be to convert a fwd 3sgte to rwd? what would be the recomended gearbox? how much for this conversion?

Mate because I am in a good mood I'll warn you that this has been covered a bizillion times on these forums. Click on the search link at the top right and i'm sure you'll find all the info you need.
After you do your search, if you still need some more information by all means ask then because i'm sure people will help. There are a few people who have done, are are doing this conversion including me so i'm sure you will find what you need.

SXE10 Altezza RS200 = RWD 3S-GE beams (non- turbo)
SR40 Spacia van = RWD 3S-FE
ST205 celica = 4WD 3S-GTE
ST141 Corona = RWD 2S-C
SA63 Celica = RWD 2S-C
Mix and match the parts.

you may want to look in the members rides at QIK 3SGTE's TA22, thats one of the rwd conversions
