that disgusting green supra ran a 10.8 or 10.9, the blue one ran a 11.98, the mr2 had 260RWKW and ran a 12 something
wedlock ran a 7.55 at 186 at 40 degrees
it peaked at 43 degs was at 41 or over for 3 hours, i drank over 7 liters of water and about 1.5l of coke.
bushpig ran a pb of 9.5X and so did grump2 of 9.5X

query: how many blowups from the heat?
i'm surprised they didn't delay it till later in teh day to let things cool down? i thought the jamboree was about as hot as you'd allow for drag racing.

not 1 blow up as far as i saw, as a matter of fact, a few cars ran PB's, god only knows how, maybe liquid nitrogen on the I/C's .
at midday u couldnt sit on the grandstand as it would burn your ass so bad u'd have to get up 1 secong later
i didnt sit down from 10.30 till 3.00, i was fucked on sunday
chuck: if they delayed it it wouldnt have run cause it didnt cool down at all, i think it hit 32 at night
cool: no i didnt, but i heard them talking about a 12C set of tits somewhere over the P.A.

the subzero supra ran a 10.64
the blue manual supra ran a 11.1.
I was under a gazebo and had a great day.
Unfortunate about the weather and the lack of cars though 
I would have raced but the rules said I couldn't. Doubt I would have done very well anyway.
There was a soarer with big single turbo there that was only running 14s, why do they not get a higher stall torque converter?

chris, u could have ran, its jamboree that says u cant but drag combat had a VB/C running, dont forget the bushpig cortina.
that supra ran 15.0 at 125mph last year, got lag???
that chick in the pink bikini and white pants wasnt wearing undies and a guy from boostcruising got a flange shot
