Best way to remove rwd 4age sump

hey
My sump is leaking alota oil, I've taken off all the bolts the sump is loose
but it seems the oil strainer is in the way
I've already lifted the engine around 2inches... and it doesn't seem to want to get out
Whats the best way to remove the sump, i don't really want to have to take the engine out to do this, what is the best way

So you can drop the sump away from the motor, but not far enough to clear the strainer, right? If that is the case, can you unbolt the strainer from the oil pump & bracket at this stage, and remove it with the sump?
