Oil coming out of cylinder 3

Hey
Just started the engine before, it was running fine, smoke started to pour out of the exhaust..
i took the exhaust manifold off
theres oil in cylinder 3,
what could the causes of this be
have i done a valve, or is the piston ring gone etc...

looks like i'm running alota compression in this motor, and i needed more breathers for the head, as to much compression is pushing the oil though the seals which resulted in white smoke... hopefully should be okey now

to much ring blow-by? or blocked breathers? the stock breathers should be fine if the rings are holding compression

Sounds silly but check that the spark plug is screwed in properly. Can get oil sucked in through a loose thread.

Sometimes i find little patches of oil where the spark plugs are screwed into is this normal? theres not alot just small liltle patches
