A/C units Tue, 24 February 2004 06:25 Go to next message
As part of Project X, I wish to install A/C. However, I need a smallish unit that fits entirely within the cabin. The car is spacious but I don't want the unit to intrude too much. I wish to keep the vehicle very original looking and thus the unit should be reasonably inconspicuous.

Any ideas on which cars have small A/C units? I know it's sacreligious, but they don't even have to come from a Toyota... Smile

Thanks for your help.
Dave.

My parents used to have a late-70's Valiant which had the A/C unit hanging under the glovebox; from memory it was fairly compact, bet then again it might have just looked that way because the car was so frigging huge! Perhaps worth investigating though?
