Yup yup it is a screw on type You see the red bag of stuff in the picture, it has 4 different sizes of adpaters and is almost guaranteed to fit on most japanese shift sticks
There is a instruction leaflet that shows you how to install the knob and some RAZO stickers...should be a breeze to do install it Looks and feels real good wanted to put it on my supra also but changed my mind as my interior is brown and I thot black looks weird
