Solution = get smaller wheels with the correct offset.

splash guards are for girls
some people have been known to just trimm off the bit that attaches to the guard and thereby keeping 90% of the guard, but just not the bit that attaches to the guard.
I haven't needed to do any of this extreme stuff having 15' wheels

Why would you want to get smaller wheels, 17z on a rolla like his model looks really good specialy in chromies.
Think you should speak to a tyre place about rolling guards at the front, i dropped my car 2 inches all around tried 17z on it at the front dont need to roll anything for the front, back i do though.
Or just try going for a lower profile tyre that usually helps and nothing wider then 7 inches

bah.. dont listen to that
it is true they cannot be rolled
I had mine completely modified.
They were flared a little bit on the flat part... then where they go up underneath has been modified so it goes straight up and over then follows the top side of the guards.. the plastic protecty thing was then stretched up and over to meet up with it
Full professional job, looks like it came standard on the car.
before I had 1 cm clearance.. rubbed everywhere(after lowering)... now i have inches.. rubs no-where
When i saw the job I thought it would have cost me atleast 500
I had the 2 rears rolled and flared with proper roller and paint heat gun. full fronts modified and they even fixed how my door hinged for 200 bucks.
Ill get some pics tomorrow to show you what I mean.
So when you talk to a panel beaters, dont ask them to roll the guards.. but to modify

yeah, they look really good cause they are chromies. but they have only just started rubbing when i got new tires. but they are the same size. 40 series and all. i have also heard of removing the splash guard and applying some rubber stuff to the top of ur guards.
that sounds good Jaq7799. i'll have to check it out. my brother is a spray painter. so hopefully he can get it done cheap at his work. no head needed there.
