hi.....

i have a laser TX3 efi turbo...it just would'nt start in the mornings especially if the night had been cold....but one's i get it goin its fine for the rest of the day...everything else with the engine is fine..ie..idle,no eng miss etc..various mechncs give me all different theories & crazy quotes for the repair...

any possible explanation ?

Simple. It's a Ford.

Pull out the cold start injector (CSI) in the morning when it is cold. Crank it over and check that the CSI is working. It should produce a mist, not a dribble. If not, you need to work out why not. Check circuitry and/or replace CSI.

I suggest you pose this question on a TX3 forum. It will be a refreshing change from the regular discussion of gearbox changeovers.
